Kevin is focused across all facets of the business at RockBridge Investment Group. Prior to RockBridge, Kevin spent 4 years at Fannie Mae primarily working on the Multifamily Pricing Desk where he was involved in over $500b in Agency Debt transactions. This included all Agency Debt instruments and products for Conventional loans, Student Housing loans, Military loans, Manufactured Housing loans, loans for Seniors Housing and loans for Affordable Housing. Kevin also has experience structuring over $300m worth of Multifamily Agency debt workout arrangements. Since 2018 Kevin has led over $200m in real estate transactions as a General Partner.

Kevin completed the Charter Financial Analyst (CFA) program in 2019 and also earned his B.S. in Finance and minor in Spanish from Salisbury University.

Principal

David Acosta is a Principal at RockBridge Investment Group and heads Rockbridge’s North Carolina office, where he leads deal sourcing & negotiation, acquisitions, portfolio management, and investor relations activity for the company. Over the years, he has transformed the operations of multiple companies, resulting in rapid, sustainable growth for clients and partners alike. Having closed over $100M worth of real estate as a General Partner, David has acquired an intimate understanding of how to navigate, negotiate, and structure commercial real estate acquisitions.

David attended the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where he served as a captain of the men’s soccer team from Sophomore through Senior seasons and graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration. David also holds a Masters in Business Administration from John Paul Catholic University.
